Shreem Corporate Services Private Limited (“Shreem”) was incorporated in August, 2010 with its Registered Office at Mumbai, Maharashtra. “Shreem” is a Sanskrit word and denotes Goddess LAXMI, the goddess of WEALTH. “Shreem” is generally associated with positive force of health, creativity, happiness and prosperity.

About Us

Shreem Corporate Services Private Limited (“Shreem”) was incorporated in August, 2010 with its Registered Office at Mumbai, Maharashtra. “Shreem” is a professionally managed Company, engaged in Management Consultancy, Debt Syndication (including Structured Credit Solutions for companies engaged in manufacturing and services), Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions. Further, as a Channel Partner associated with leading Banks, Housing Finance Companies, Non-Banking Finance Companies and FINTECH Platforms, Shreem assists its MSME and Retail Clients with small unsecured business loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Loan/Overdraft facility Against Shares/Mutual Fund units and Personal Loans etc. Shreem is also an AMFI registered Mutual Fund distributor and distributes several wealth management products, besides Mutual Funds.

Management

Mr. Pallav K. Agarwal (Director):

Mr. Agarwal is a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), an M.A. in Economics and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) by qualification. He has an overall experience of more than 36 years in the field of finance, administration, resource mobilization, treasury / portfolio management, etc. and has successfully dealt with several matters relating to business restructuring, acquisition/sale of business enterprises etc. Before incorporating Shreem, the last position held by him was as an Executive Director with a large business conglomerate.

Mr. Naresh Kumar Garg (Director):

Mr. Garg is an Electrical Engineer, an M.B.A.- Finance ( Double Gold Medalist), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), CAIIB - Mutual Funds and has an Investment Advice Certificate (I & II ) from Securities Institute, London. He has an overall experience of over 37 years, out of which, more than 23 years is in the area of Fund Management and Administration. Mr. Garg has also attended many international programs conducted by Harvard, Euromoney, Manchester Business School, IFS Singapore and other such leading International Institutes. Mr. Garg has held positions of Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and CEO in the Mutual Fund Industry.

Currently, Mr. Garg acts as a Visiting Professor with reputed Global Business School(s) and teaches specialization subjects like “Portfolio Management” and “Financial Markets”.

The Company also has association with experts having experience in the fields of Banking, Insurance, Taxation & Accountancy, Company Law, Legal matters etc. and uses the services of such experts, as and where required.
